Bi-Annual Property Inspections
Our head of maintenance performs bi-annual inspections for all properties to ensure a safe environment for our tenants and to ensure the property is kept in the best condition possible. Our number one goal is the protection and preservation of your property, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards in upkeep and maintenance.
Lease Agreements, Photos and Utility Confirmation
We handle all lease agreements, deposits, utility confirmations and any other legal rental documents for your property. We also keep up-to-date photos of the property with every new rental and take the time to explain the rental conditions and responsibilities to each new tenant.
Rent Collection and Maintenance Management
We collect rent payments from tenants and resolve any issues with payment or failure to pay. We also manage the maintenance of the property through our trusted vendors and specialists. We have experience in maintenance issues, and provide preventative maintenance regularly to prevent costly repairs in the future.
Eviction and Collections
In the event of an eviction or collection, we handle all legal procedures and proceedings to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Accounting and Reporting
We provide accurate and detailed bookkeeping services for your property as well as financial reports and analysis. Everything from budgets and statements to tax preparation and automated check handling (ACH), we handle all the financial chores so you don’t have to.
Remodeling Services

Moving can be a stress-filled process. That’s why we at Point Guard Management want to make your experience at any of our managed properties one you would recommend to friends and family. We offer a full range of helpful tenant services to make your transition to our property as smooth as possible. We are open 9am-7pm for showings and flexible to fit your schedule on the weekends!

We respond to your needs promptly and address all of our residents’ concerns with care and professionalism. We also offer an online tenant portal where you can pay rent, submit requests and tell us how we’re doing.
Maintenance Services
We have a dedicated maintenance staff that keeps all of our properties in the best possible condition. No one wants to move into a property with lingering maintenance issues. That’s why we do inspections of all of our properties before they hit the market to ensure any maintenance issues are addressed up front prior to move in. If you ever need our maintenance team for any reason, you can give us a call or submit a maintenance request through our online tenant portal. We also provide lawn care and snow and ice removal services for most properties.
