Move In:
You signed your lease, congrats! Now what? Please review the 5 steps below:
- Please make sure you have paid your move-in fee, and background-check fee. Reach out to your leasing agent if you have not.
- Please set utilities to turn on that are applicable to your unit on your move in date:
- Evergy 1-800-383-1183
- Kansas Gas-: 1-800-794-4780
- City of Wichita Water- 316-265-1300
- Trash Service of your choosing
- Have you set up recurring payment? If not, fill out the Auto Pay Form.
- Keys- please arrange for a time to pick up your keys from the main office with your leasing agent.
- Mail Keys- Please save a copy of your lease to present to the nearest post office for your mailbox keys.
Move Out:
We are sad to see you leave! Please review the 5 steps below for move out:
- Have you submitted your 30-day notice? If you have not, or if you plan on moving out in 30-days, Fill out the 30-day notice form here.
- Check with management to make sure everything is set to close out on your account.
- Is your unit left clean and in good condition? Please make sure they the unit is left in best condition possible upon move out.
- Keys- Please leave them in the unit upon moving out.
- Email us at leasing@wichitaleasing.com when you have officially vacated the unit.
